Class work will emphasize the development and personalization of characters written by exciting and challenging playwrights. Enrich your work by adding depth, economy and truthfulness.

The class size is limited to 8-10 students. Every student will have time to work when they are prepared. Students are expected to work outside of class with his/her partner. Time is also spent on cold readings, play evaluation and monologues. We want to work with challenging material, so that your skills are such that, when you are given material with “not a lot going on” you can make it fly with your strong choices. Some experience required, however students at similar levels will be partnered up together. Class is intimate, so auditing is only sometimes possible.
